Users are required to use the software solely for activities related to their role within the organization.
2. Compliance with Laws and Regulations: Users must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards when using the software. This includes, but is not limited to, regulations governing data privacy, telecommunications, and consumer protection.
3. Data Protection and Privacy: Users are responsible for ensuring the protection and privacy of sensitive information processed through the platform. This includes adhering to company policies regarding the handling of customer data and personally identifiable information (PII).
4. User Authentication and Access Control: Users must safeguard their login credentials and ensure that only authorized individuals have access to the platform. Any unauthorized use or access should be reported immediately to the appropriate personnel.
5. Reporting Security Incidents: Users are required to report any suspected security incidents or breaches involving the platform promptly to the IT or security team.
6. System Updates and Maintenance: Users should adhere to any scheduled maintenance windows or updates provided by VION / Bright Pattern to ensure the continued functionality and security of the platform.
7. Usage Monitoring and Audit: VION / Bright Pattern reserves the right to monitor usage of the platform for security, compliance, and operational purposes.
8. Consequences of Violations: Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in deactivation of access to the platform and other appropriate legal action.
9. Policy Acknowledgment: By accessing and using the platform, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy.
